Excellent book. A little too much information but not overwhelming. A few pages fell out of my book. A refund was issued with no fuss.

Clear, concise facts , and was not intimidating with over sharing. Very age appropriate for 8 and 9 year olds. Including stories from other girls and women is a lovely touch.

My sister asked me to help her daughter with her first period, and I wanted to make sure she felt supported and confident. This book was perfect! It explains the menstrual cycle, how to handle cramps, and the different period products in a simple and positive way. My niece felt prepared, and my sister was so grateful. I wish we had something like this when we were younger.

Very informative and written for a preteen to understand. My daughter still had questions which I answered for her. But overall, the book answered most questions and has helped put her mind at ease.

This book has been great for my daughter. Being so young only 10 and going through changes can be so hard and as a mom you don't always know how to explain things with embarrassment or awkwardness. Thus book gives great and easy to understand information that every young girl should know and she has really enjoyed how cute it is. Would definitely recommend for your tween or teen!
