I had to try this after seeing Tony Hortons story. Similar to me I lost a lot of muscle tone due to an illness. Not only does this vanilla taste amazing but! I have seen results. I have been using it for about a month and have already seen significant results in my arms.. seriously, I would not wear sleeveless or even short sleeves the last few years but today I bought a few tank tops to wear on vacation. I waited to write this review because I wanted to know if it worked for me or not. It’s a little pricey but it is worth it. I believe it has done more than help me regain muscle. I have more energy too. Finally, I would never make a healthy smoothie with fruits and vegetables in the past without adding honey. The vanilla tastes so good I never add honey with this product. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I was excited to try this product since it is a whey isolate. I've done Tony Horton's exercise programs and liked them a lot so I thought the protein powder would be a top notch product. I don't like the taste. I bought vanilla flavor and it taste fake. I put it in a smoothie with fruit and couldn't taste the fruit. All I tasted was the fake vanilla flavor. It mixed well but did clump on its own in milk or water. The powder is very fine and sugar like. The container was only half full. The product is a bit pricey. Not sure how effective it since I haven't used it very long. I just can't get over the taste. I will still use it since it can't be returned. Will not purchase again.

It works! Not bad tasting . Only thing is it’s extremely expensive considering it lasts 1 to 2 weeks depending if you use 1 to 2 scoops. (each scoops are 15g of protein)

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I'm not sure about the effectiveness of the product because I haven't been able to maintain drinking it on a steady basis because it taste so terrible. It also does not mix well. I don't expect a lot of health products to taste great but usually I can go ahead and choke them down even if I don't like them, but this one almost makes me sick to try to drink because the flavor is so bad. I will have to try to start putting it in smoothies and hope that I can hide the flavor because I've tried mixing it with milk, water and coconut milk with no luck and clumps and taste terrible and at this price, I would have to see some incredible results to bother trying again. EDIT: upon receiving my review I was contacted by the company to apologize and to offer a full refund. The refund was a super fast experience and received the next day so due to this great customer service I am giving them another star and also going to try and see if they have another flavor of the product to give them a try again

There is a lot of speculation on the internet if this is a scam. However, for me this product works. I am building muscle slowly. Without going into a lot of my physical difficulties, because my leg muscles had atrophied badly I am starting at square one. I've been using this for about three months. My muscles are coming back and I have better balance and am much steadier on my feet. My need for this product was very specific so I can't generalize for everyone. But for me the product has been wonderful. Vanilla is best and is very mixable. Oh, and I am old-- soon to be 76.

I've taken this product for 6 mnths sometimes almost twice a mnth. Noticed very little to no difference in muscle mass, or any real weight gain ..flavor is good but not worth the price, you'll probably do better like I am now making your own protein shakes for about the same price or less,..with much better results ..
