I rarely write product reviews but this methylated multivitamin is exceptional. I have been taking it for over two months and it has provided noticeable improvements in alertness, stamina, strength and overall wellbeing. I no longer feel any need for an afternoon nap; I perform better in the gym, and I find it easier to focus for longer time periods. Of all the things I have tried for these same benefits, this one is by far the best.

I have used several of this company's products. I love that they are simple, clean, and affordable. This is a very basic multi, methylated so good for those of us with the MTHFR mutation. Affordable and this bottle has 240 in it! No issues with digestion, etc. and I saw no difference in my energy levels, but I have taken a multivitamin for years so hard to gauge anything except a lack of negative affect.

This is a phenomenal product. I’ve always had a problem absorbing my vitamins and I learned about methylated vitamins so I decided to give this a try and it has made a world a difference and how I feel and my energy.
