i personally don't think they are as good as the mega strength ones, less hassle with taking only 1 tablet. as with these you need to take 2 a day, also when i take them out of packaging to put in my daily tablet container eg mon tue, etc they become sticky as with the 1 a day mega they do not get sticky.

Bought to help achieve goals re healthier eating to aid weight lossJust arrived so no comment,only taken them one day only.

Helps with fluid balance in my body. Not a bad price.

Bit unpleasant to take- due to the shape and size. An ok product, very good value. Will be looking elsewhere for something easier to take. Great fast delivery though!
