This is a generic version of Zyrtec that's just as effective for a fraction of the price. It's a small, white pill that's easy to swallow, plus it's scored to make it easier to cut in half for smaller dosages. Both my husband & I use it without issues, & it provides adequate allergy relief. We also take it at night & there are no interruptions to our sleep patterns. I recommended it & consider it a good value.
