After tons of research, I settled on this knife and have NOT looked back! Makes all my kitchen cutting easy-peasy! Especially for cutting meats for the dehydrator for dog treats! Amazing quality for a reasonable price!

Cut vegetables and fruit
The knife was used for many days. It's good quality, I work in a restaurant and I use it to cut a lot of vegetables and fruit and it's very sharp. But it's a little hard to cut meat！

Inexpensive and sharp.
For 10$ the knife is sharp and holds it's edge better than the Global it replaced. I have just used a honing rod and have not had to actually sharpen it yet.
