well they say you are what you eat.........at least I'm not an aardvark ! I have not been a very adventurous eater most of my life. I don't know what inspired me to try this but it is DELICIOUS on my veggie Chikn patties. I tried another spicier brand(I love spice) but this just has a way better flavor to my un-connoisseured taste buds. LOVE THIS STUFF

Jamaican jerk is: scotch bonnet peppers, a mash of green onions and allspice, and rum. Usually cooked over allspice posts so the smokiness comes through with fragrance. Too many other brands get this wrong and don't have a good balance or try to mix it up with other ingredients. It is true that every family has their own recipe, but it like this one. It isn't the best I've had - but I can't get that anymore. Aardvark does a great job.

I'm concerned that I haven't found anything this sauce doesn't make better...even GREAT stuff is better with this damn sauce. Are you the snarky sort who just thought, "Yea, put it on fruit and get back to me?" Done did, Snarkster. Threw a quick hit of Drunken Jerk across a citrus medley and topped a pork loin. Added to mayo, makes any sammie sing. Breakfast? It makes the family bow to my bacon. It dances with rather than stepping on flavors, and adds just the right amount of heat. I really like the black bean, and a habanero too. I just seem to be running a 3:1 purchase ratio on the Drunken Jerk epicness! Do yourself a favor and buy 2.

After seeing this product on social media I decided to try it. I have since purchased two of the flavors and love them both. You can use this in cooking or just as a dipping sauce favor is amazing
