Baggallini Pocket Crossbody Bags for Women 8x8 Small Lightweight Durable Nylon Water-resistant Travel Purse W/Rfid Wristlet

I've been looking for the perfect travel purse for a long time and have tried quite a few, some designed for travel and some not. I've just returned from a month-long trip with this Baggallini purse, and it is a great fit for me.It holds much more than it looks like it will, including a half-liter bottle of water. The front pocket holds multiple lip balms, an Altoids tin that I keep meds in, hand sanitizer, Kleenex, etc. The upper pocket on the front panel is perfect for passport, cell phone, receipts, hotel keys, a thin paperback, and so forth. My cell phone (iPhone XR) will fit in it vertically, leaving half the pocket for other things.The large inside pocket has a great shape, with the bottom being about 2.5-3" deep. I just had a water bottle, a bottle of cough medicine, sunglasses, reading glasses, some candies, headband, ink pen, hand fan, and still have a bit more room. There a slots for credit cards/license, as well as a separate thin clutch that is attached by a clip and is removable, perfect for cards, cash, change, receipts, etc. There is also another zipper pocket inside.The large pocket on the outside back panel is also great, sized for cell phone, passport, etc. My only compliant with the bag is the zipper of this back pocket. I haven't had any trouble with it, but it seems it would be safer if the zipper had to pull up to open, rather than down. However, when I'm traveling in crowded areas, I put cell phone and passport in another pocket, and use the back pocket for Kleenex, lip balm, etc, just to be on the safe side.We travel extensively and this is by far the best travel purse I've used. I've taken it on 3 trips now. Construction is excellent, sturdy. It looks great, very classy. It's big enough for what I need, but small enough to take in crowded areas. I can't say enough good things about it.

Perfect small bag to hold essentials phone, keyes, lipstick. Love the insert zippered little whatever holder I use it for my id and medical cards. Very comfortable on shoulder or cross body with thinner adjustable strap. Baggalini does it again and the Amazonian has the best prices and selection! Love the bright red color. I recommend!

This bag is great! It holds quite a bit despite its compact size. The compartments were great at keeping everything organized and the crossbody strap was long enough for a body that’s not model-sized. Durable and worth the $.

Edited review after using this purse for daily use and travel. I still love it. The size and organization work well for me. I tend to change things around a lot, sometimes used the zippered pouch for cash / credit cards sometimes not but no matter where I put things there is always adequate room for what I normally carry. It worked well on a four day trip last year too. I bought the charcoal grey first and after using it I ordered the Pacific blue.Update 6/21: Still have these bags although I don't use them continuously. I normally never liked the north/south style handbags but this one is an exception. I recently began using the Pacific Blue one again and everything is so easy to access, especially my sunglasses. I stopped using the pouch for cash and credit cards because it takes up too much room. Instead I have a slightly smaller and more flexible travel pouch that has two zipper pockets so I can separate the cash from credit cards that slides into the main compartment nicely. Using this bag has helped me eliminate things I don't need to carry all the time making it so lightweight and comfortable. I still do not like the ribbon straps Baggalini uses and am thinking of making my own if I can find the right fabric. Out of all the Baggalini purses I have bought over the years this crossbody style is the only one I have kept so far. Still recommend this bag.5/23/23: I recently purchased this bag in black at a reduced price. It is essentially the same as my other one except for the strap. This one is actually a a bit narrower which surprised me and the material is different. It is not the thick shiny material as my other bags have but I like it better because it doesn't slide off my shoulder so easily. The reason I only gave it 4 stars is that the smallest front pocket has a large wrinkle in it; not sure it will come out.

I bought this for a trip where I would be doing a lot of walking back and forth to work. This held everything I needed, a wallet, passport, phone, a notebook and pens, an umbrella and sunglasses, plus my e-reader for train rides. Removing the notebook and e-reader I could carry a water bottle and protein bar or small sandwich with me.It also came with a smaller zipper wristlet which was supposed to help with RFID protection but I didn't use it as my travel wallet already features that. There are so many compartments I would sometimes have to keep digging until I found what I needed, so I developed a system of where I would put everything so I could locate things more easily. Luckily the inside of the bag is beige which makes it easier to see into it in low light situations. I understand now why this bag is so popular, it it extremely well designed and easy to carry without being heavy or too bulky. The strap is adjustable for cross body.I've since used it at home when I've wanted to streamline my purse-carrying and have both hands free. It's perfect if you have small kids, are on public transit or need to be unencumbered by a purse or backpack. You could probably even use it as a diaper bag if you are going for minimal size. It's ideal for everyone because it comes in a variety of colors. The red one, which I purchased, is lined in beige fabric, I can't speak to the other colors, but so many bags are lined in black that a lighter colored lining is most welcome. I bought this on a one day deal and had it shipped to my hotel for arrival. I found the price is a bit spendy for this brand without a discount, so I was glad to have the reduction. Mostly highly recommended!
