Traeger Grills SPC217 Spicy Fajita Rub with Paprika, Garlic, & Chili Pepper

I have a Traeger pellet smoker. So, naturally I tried their accessories and rubs/sauces. I have to say I am extremely impressed, being a retired chef. There isn’t one product from Traeger that has disappointed, unlike others. You’ll pay a premium, but you’ll never have to worry about quality or the taste of their products.

Used too much on the first go around. I find that you need to be generous with these seasonings, except for this one. Good flavor, difficult to open the packaging unless you have the jaws of life handy.

Really great rub. Not too spicy. Made fajitas with onions chicken and bell peppers. Also just used it on chicken breasts on the grill, rice on the side. Two easy dinners.

Great flavor, with just a touch of heat, this was my second container in 2 months! Great on chicken, grilled, pan fried, or oven roasted!
