This product has been really helpful for my son, who has struggled with depression.

This Rhodiola Rosea tincture has been a real lifesaver for my mood and overall calm. The blend with Ashwagandha, L-Theanine, and Turmeric truly feels effective, providing a noticeable boost and helping me relax. It's so easy to take in liquid form, and I'm genuinely impressed with how much it's helped improve my daily well-being

What I can tell you about this item is it works and I do have more energy when I take this item. The downside is, I can’t stand the taste of it. I know it’s not their fault because certain things are gonna have a certain taste to it when it’s naturally based I just wish they could do something about it, but it does work.

This stuff is super sweet. I can't put my finger on the flavor but my wife says it reminds her of a raisin wine we had in Greece. I'm not sure I agree but it's not bad. The dropper doesn't quite give you the full recommended does. That's not such a big deal. It's hard to really speak to the efficacy of products like these. My wife and I both take several supplements and this is a recent addition. We've both been feeling generally good. Did this contribute? Maybe.

Terrible taste!!

So far this is working for me. The rhodiola gives me a little more mental energy and the other ingredients relax me. I've taken this for a consistent five to six days now and I've noticed the same results every time. I do take other herbs that have a calming effect but not at the same time as this. I love having adaptogenic herbs in a dropper form because of how fast acting they are. I think they're great!

This stuff tastes good. If it does in fact have in it what it says it does it is an incredible stack of supplements for brain, mood, immune, ETC health. Price is great for the 30 doses. Dropper works well. I have had no stomach upset from this.

As with most supplements, you might not notice their effects until after a period of use. I can not say whether this works as described, but the taste is sweet and the $10 price tag is fair.
