With many negative reviews, i took a risk to buy this chair. Here is my honest review - Delivery was great, within 3 days, I received it in the UAE - Packing was average, nothing to complain about - was very easy to assemble in 30min it was set - Overall, the quality build is great - very aesthetic and looks beautiful What is so wrong about this chair? Not ergonomic at all, not very comfortable for long-term office use. if you need an awesome-looking chair but are not too worried about long sitting and comfort probably you can buy otherwise not recommended.

wheels feel loose, seating cushion not very comfortable, chair keeps squeaking.

I had asked for assembly service as well but not received And the base of the chair has a dent.

Super Plush and comfortable the reclining mechanism is really nice and leans back too. Not too large, not too small. Masculine build & feel.

Easily to assemble and adjust; stylish and comfortable. I was looking to upgrade my desk chair because I mostly work from home and needed something with better lumbar support. I purchased the faux brown leather chair with thick cushion and have been very happy with it so far. I was initially annoyed with how easily the chair tilted; but later realized that the tilt tension just needed to be tightened further. Other than that, the only real "issue" I've noticed is that the chair buttons can sometimes float if you've been sitting for awhile and have been moving around a lot; but this is unique to the thick cushion and isn't really a problem (the button fasteners have to be long to accommodate for the rise/fall of the large seat cushion). All in all, very happy with my purchase and feel that the quality far surpasses the price point.

Bought this chair about 1 year ago, wasn't sure if it would last. I had no trouble assembling it, and it's quite solid. The wheels are still perfect, it still goes up and down, front and back with no issues. Very comfortable - much more so than my office's chairs. And the faux leather covering has not ripped or faded or worn in any discernible way. Really happy with this purchase, 1 year later.

Would not accept my return and wanted to charge me $80 for shipping. Once you get the chair, you are stuck with a piece of junk.

I’m always afraid of making purchases like this online for fear of buyer’s remorse. Not this time. This chair is sturdy, classy and more comfortable than a hug from grandma. When I lean back in this chair and stare at my kids, they know who is in charge. No more spending hours trying to decide what to order on Uber Eats. This chair gives me the confidence to make executive decisions and close deals. And it swivels ya’ll. I can reach speeds of 2 mph. I see my neighbor looking in my office while washing dishes. I know he’s jealous of my lower lumber support and dual arm rests. Don’t mind me, I’m just sitting her working up Excel formulas without back or leg pain.
