squat proof yes, You can NOT see through them.

Q: What size is plus size?

The description claims 12 to 20 but from my experience they run true to size in the waist and small in the legs. I'm 110lbs 28 waist 34/36 hip. overall I'm slim but I do have a little bit of fat on my legs and thighs. I ended up exchanging the one size for plus size because the legs were too tight. the waist on the plus size is too loose but I fold them over. I don't like a compression fit to my leggings but if you do I would order whatever size you fall into based on the description.
