With supplements it can be hard to say if they are working or not, unless you have labs done, which I will have in the near future. I feel nothing negative taking these, and I take supplements like these because of a car accident many years ago and a kidney was ruptured, so I now only have part of that kidney and I want to take care of it. I know the products in this are good products and good for the kidneys so I will continue to take them. They are not too large and go down pretty easily, I don't have pain so I cannot speak about that. I believe they are a quality product and decent value for money.

I was having to get up too often from sleep to go to the bathroom, and a family member suggested cranberry capsules. The mannose is just an extra, I suppose. It’s working.
