They are small but bright. They seem like a good quality for the price.

I mounted this on my catalina320 as a cockpit light and it’s perfect. Lots of light, low-ish power consumption. Nice small format. Seems like its pretty high quality, will see how it holds up on the marine environment!.

Good lights, good for back of boat for night fishing

Picked up this white LED work light mostly because I wanted something bright and functional—but also didn’t want it to look like it was stolen from a monster truck. This one checked all the boxes. White housing? Check. Clean, modern look? Check. Blindingly bright like a small sun? Double check. Waterproof and reasonably priced The white housing is actually a nice touch—it blends in way better with my garage setup and doesn’t scream “construction zone” when it’s just chillin’ on the workbench. Also looks way nicer on a lighter vehicle if you're mounting it somewhere visible. Kinda gives off “high-end utility” vibes instead of “angry off-road zombie chaser.” Light output? Oh yeah, it delivers. The beam is crisp, pure white, and throws a ton of light. I used it while working on my Silverado and it lit up the engine bay like I was doing surgery. No flicker, no weird color cast—just good, clean brightness that makes nighttime wrenching or campsite setups a whole lot easier. Install was easy, too. Mounts were solid, wires weren’t made of sad spaghetti, and I didn’t have to perform any DIY rituals to get it working. Hooked it up, flipped the switch, and boom—let there be light. So yeah, if you want a work light that’s both functional bright and clean-looking, this one hits the mark. White case, white light, zero regrets

This light is small. I guess I didn't realize how small. That sort of put me off when I first opened it. But I quickly saw that it was perfect for my use, which is a running light for the front rack of my boat. The light is cast aluminum, which is durable and weather resistant. It is also well-painted. Put those together, and it is pretty much made for being on the front of a boat. And that's where the size turns out to be an advantage. There is a LOT of bouncing going on with a boat, and the bow takes the worst of it. Larger lights are heavier, and put more leverage force on the mount. The worst thing that can happen when I'm running at night is for the light to suddenly flop downward so that I can't see. This smaller, lighter fixture is going to be able to take the bouncing without shaking itself loose. Now about the quality of the light. First of all, it is bright. For the size, it puts out a surprising amount of light. The design of the reflector is pretty ingenious, because it makes a nice even, wide beam. A lot of people are drawn to super-focused beams, but that is rarely the best for most uses. On a boat it can really be a problem. A tight spot beam goes further, but it also makes it hard for me to get any idea how far away a buoy or shoreline is. And, of course, a tight beam doesn't do a very good job of showing objects more to the sides, and even a lot of flood patterns have terrible hot spots in the center. With this one, I don't even have to buy a second. One light in the middle is enough for me to run at night, and doesn't get in the way as much as two bigger ones. This is a well-engineered, well-built product. I am sure there are other uses, but it is perfect for a running light on a boat.
