Very nice
Considering that I have never used any product like this before, due to the fact that I have lived in the tropics all my life and do not usually get sunburn, I bought these because I am now starting to feel the effects of too much sun exposure.I do a lot of driving and my forearms would tingle and burn when in the sun for hours. So instead of changing all my shirts to long sleeved ones I decided to try these.First I had to figure out which end was the top, so I decided this had to do with the direction of the writing on it.When you put these on they actually feel cold, and the coldness stays for the entire time you wear them.If you have large arms like I do, the top will be a rather tight fit but they definitely will not roll down. They helped quite a bit but I think that probably the UV protection diminishes with the degree of stretching of the fabric to fit ones arm. I am sure someone with a smaller arm size than me will have more UV protection from them since they will not have to stretch as much and therefore will be thicker. The pale bluish colour also works with most of my shirts. All in, a good buy especially for women with larger than average arms.

Color...Comfort...Performance
Color...Comfort...PerformanceI’m 77 years old and am an avid golfer and bike rider. It’s an understatement to say that I have extensive experience wearing arm sleeves.I have never managed to find a brand that combined good looking colors, was comfortable to wear, and met my performance standard of staying up my arm without constantly slithering down my arm. That is until I was surfing Amazon and came across Armoray arm sleeves. After reading the reviews, I decided I had nothing to lose so I ordered the multicolor 4-pack. I chose the bright colors of this 4-pack to coordinate with my golf and biking wardrobes. I think it’s fun to wear coordinated arm sleeves with my activity clothes. After receipt of the sleeves, I immediately started wearing them daily for golfing and biking. I was most pleased with the wonderful bright colors, the softness and comfort of the material, it’s stretch and rebound, and best of all, it stayed up my arm with minimal slide. The Armoray is also touted as being breathable and having sun protection properties. It looks almost like new after repeated washings versus the ASICS sleeves which have stretched out so much that they really are not longer. The KMMIN brand sleeve turned out to be so tight that after only several wearing, I relegated them to the darkness of my storage shelf. The Armoray is by far the best arm sleeve I have ever worn. I have already ordered an additional 2-pack of two more different colors to coordinate with my wardrobe. It is fairly priced and I believe it offers very good performance and value for the price.Addendum 12-27-2020:I’ve had occasion to gain further experience with these Armoray arm sleeves, wearing them every day while golfing and bike riding.I continue to be delighted with the multitude of available colors, the ease of pulling them on, the perfect comfortable feel on my arms, and the fact that they stay up on my upper arms better than any other sleeves I have used.I have downgraded Armoray one star because the hem on one pair of sleeves started unraveling after one wearing. I’m hoping this is an aberration and not a recurring condition.

Highly recommended for comfy sun protection
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I purchased the Armoray sleeves after another skin cancer surgery, having had melanoma and several basal cell cancers since my 20s. I hate the feeling and chemicals in sunscreen, so I no longer wear chemical sunscreens. I also have sensitive skin, so I appreciate the silky, high quality 98% cotton and 7% spandex material that provides UPF 50 protection for the Armoray sleeves. A thumbhole model is also available for outdoor use. I purchased the regular model for my daily work with children and the frequent hand washing that is involved (including pre-Covid).The Armoray arm sleeves are beautifully made. They are soft, breathable, and very stretchy. I was initially concerned that the sleeves may be uncomfortable on my large upper arms, but they fit both my much more muscular husband’s and my arms equally well—and they return to size for the next usage. Easy on, easy off.The Armoray upper and lower cuffs are beautifully finished with soft, flat, flexible stitching. They stay comfortably in place during a variety of activities without binding or leaving red marks. The sleeves are easily washed by hand or in a mesh bag in the washer, then hung up to dry. From the perspective of an occupational therapist, the slight compression feels like a gentle hug that also improves body awareness. They actually have a slight cooling feel to them, which I love. I appreciate that the Armoray sleeves come in a variety of solid colors, as well as camouflage and ink designs—something for everyone. They can cover up arm tattoos for some workplaces, and likewise can make grannies like me who work with children look more current with the ink design sleeves.I highly recommend them!

Good for thinner women or small men
Have now gone through 5 months with one pair of these used 4x/week and washed about 2x/week. The light blue has faded a bit and the initially firm compression has gone away, but they are not uncomfortable on my 32" long arms with a 10" circumference. Sun screen aspect is very good, but they are not completely opaque, probably at least SPF100. While cycling they are ok upto the low 90sF if you keep moving or for short stops. For longevity I would guess another season's use and then discard. Not bad for ~$4.50 a pair. For people with arms longer than 34" they might be a problem, as though they are stretchy, by the same token the elastic will pull them away from my gloves at the wrist for a 1/8-1/4" gap. I like them. Those with larger arms (ie 15") may notice a lot of compression with new ones as they likely will expand to that diameter. But IME it might be best to look for ones a bit larger for longer/larger arms. These are uni-size. There has been a bit of minor unraveling at the top but not enough to compromise the stitching or hem. I don't think this will be a problem
