I have been using resistance bands for years they are pretty much the same irrespective of their price.The reason this one is cheap is it's bad.They have given bands of the same strength just different colours.The quality of the band is also not up to the markMultiple bubble structures are formed on all the bands which means they will tear faster. And also indicating that the same mould has been used for all of them. I recommend buying someother bands not this one.Why am I giving this three stars I thought they would tear by now but have outdone my expectations.Please don't buy these buy something else

Absolute garbage! All bands are of same resistance and different only in color. There is no branding on the bands and are of absolute cheap quality. I detest my purchase, had bought them solely on the reviews but something seems off about the reviews.
