I use it everyday. Durable and attractive. But I have not used it since April 2025 and started using it again this week for my chili. Very temperamental. I never know if it is going to start or not. It a pain when yoy go back half hour or more later amd it's cold and you have to play around with it to get it going. I need reliability

Product right out of the box needs to be on highest setting the get up to safe food temperature. Then it died completely a month after buying it Do not recommend. Waste of money
