Not perfect, but useful
Fitting didn't suit my bike, because the screws are the same width as my rack sides, so it sits on one side. The brackets are also curvey which is not suitable for the shape of my rack. Nevertheless, it works.

No good for a child seat. No good for an adult seat.
Where to start, the item is flimsy and I don't think it would fare well in a bump. I got it for something to sit my backpack against, but thought my 4yo could maybe get a ride too? No way, the screws spin in the wood and the upholstery isn't even fixed to the base properly, rendering the item unusable in wet weather.
