Coolife Luggage PC+ABS Expandable Hardshell Suitcase with TSA Lock, Spinner Checked Lightweight (Caribbean Blue, 28in)

This is a very basic "spinner" overhead luggage that will fit over your seat on an airplane flight. The inside has a fabric divider panel which separates into two separate sections if you want to divide your contents of your stuff inside the luggage. You have the option to unzip that fabric divider if you DO NOT want the divider, which will allow you to PUT MORE STUFF into the luggage. The fabric divider has lots of pockets with a zipper if you want to put odds and ends like body care, shampoo, toothpaste etc into it's own zippered section.It is very basic but reasonably priced compared to other similiar 28 inch "spinner" overhead luggage.There is a wide selection of colors and the gold color I bought was "true to the website photo" and a realistic presentation of the color, when I opened up the box and looked at the spinner for the first time.It is easy to maneuver. I don't fly on airplanes very much. I use this 99% of the time to carry grocery shopping home on the subway or bus/public transit. I use it every day to put stuff in when I am doing errands and dont want to get stuck carrying a heavy purse and tote bag. It is very easy to use, functional and utilitarian. Well manufactured and durable. I have only used it for a few weeks - so I cannot vouch for how well it holds up over one year. I bought the EXTENDED WARRANTY because I noticed in the past that the wheels on these "spinners" frequently grind down and wear out if you use it on a daily basis for grocery shopping to put heavy stuff in during errands. The EXTENDED WARRANTY did not cost much and I noticed in the past the wheels grind down to a nub within one year. The extended warranty for up to 3 years after the manufacturers warranty expires seemed like a good investment. I never, ever, ever buy extended warranties on cars because it usually turns out that everything that will break after the manufacturers warranty expires is deliberately EXCLUDED from what is covered in the extended warranty. I think I spent around $10 approximately (more or less) to extend this warranty for 3 years.If you are using this on a daily basis to lug around heavy groceries, it is definitely worth an extra $10 bucks or so to extend the warranty for three years - those spinner wheels on luggage are far too easy to grind down to a nub!

I had to five flights in six days. I flew frontier and American Airways and both of these airlines took my bag as a checked bag no problems managed to pack six days worth of clothes plus so much extra in this bag. It was easy to use. It was easy to wheel around the airport. Getting it through TSA was no issue. It fit in the overhead compartment with no issue. I was really happy with the quality and the style of it so that my husband can use it for myself. I also like the fact that I could put my feet up when I was at the airport waiting. It was easy to roll around on two wheels or four the handle went up and down with ease. The handle on the side was a great addition, along with all of the pockets in the inside and the clips. The lock worked fantastic. When I did have to check the bag on the last flight. I did that because it was cheaper not because I had to.

The hardshell is rather soft. A kid can stand on it, barely. I would love to offer better reviews, but the thing is locked, so I am awaiting on a unlocking solution so that I may look inside. The expanding zipper works great. But only expands an inch. I will follow up once it is open.UPDATED 06/11/2019 After an exchange through amazon, and several text messages from the company, I have received my replacement product. The original I received was not in original packaging, the replacement was. The original had no tags or over-wrap, but the replacement did. The replacement was everything I was expecting and more. The inside has all kinds of different storage options. It should definitely hold more than a weeks worth of clothing. The built in TSA lock is great if you are traveling about. It works like a charm. This is definitely a checked baggage item, and when full it is very sturdy. The TSA lock makes it easy to secure items for travel. The literature included with the NIB piece I received make it look very easy to set the combination. I only gave 4 stars because I have not traveled with it yet and all the problems with the original "open box" not new item I received. The Coolife folks were very helpful. The hot line number from the website is different from the one they gave me, and hopefully they have updated it. They offered to replace the item themselves, but I bought it through Amazon and the replacement order process was simple with a UPS Pickup at the house the next day. Kudos to the Coolife folks for all the follow up emails.

Love the color & style. No odor inside it. Very durable & still looks new after several trips. With a push of a button the handle extends for better control & maneuvering of it. Durable wheels that make it easy to wheel around. Even in grassy/dirt terrain. The size is awesome. With the extra zipper it expands it by several inches. No sitting on it to close it up. No need for another bag. The separation partition is great for giving extra protection of items like souvenirs or shoes from clothes. This is a great item. Now I want one in blue or purple, too.

My husband really likes this suitcase. Grey is a nice color, has pockets inside, wheels are great
