GET THEM!!
I've been through several awful pots and pans that claimed to be stainless steel and weren't. These are actually high professional duty quality for barely a fraction of the price. You'd be looking at 1000 plus on other good brands. So glad I purchased this brand. Very nice. I've cooked with them several times with no sticking or burning and such ease of use. I LOVE them. You also have to know how to use stainless steel pans before using them, it is a little different than how you are probably use to cooking with other pans. It's worth the price to get away from horrible alluminum leaching into food. They've held their shine and color and I've scratched the crap out of them and they remain scratchless and look untouched like I just got them today. They cook food wonderfully and I've had no issues cooking anything that wasn't my own error in using them. I've told my friend and family in fact I begged them all to buy some for themselves.

Durable, well-priced cookware
My husband and I had a mishmash of pots and pans, and with this year's spring cleaning I finally decided to buy a nice grownup set of pots and pans. I prefer quality and wanted to try stainless steel, but I didn't want to splurge, just in case I ended up hating them. After some Google searches and many weeks of reading Amazon reviews on different sets. I settled on this Tramontina Tempo Tri-Ply Base Stainless Steel set. Pros: Build Quality: It's full tri-ply construction — stainless steel + aluminum + stainless — not just a bonded bottom. That means better heat distribution across the whole pan. Performance: Heats evenly, holds heat well, good searing performance. You only need to use low to low-medium heat due to the nature of the Tri-Ply Base. Affordability: You get premium-level performance for a mid-range price. Great value. Appearance: Brushed stainless finish looks clean and professional. They hold up well to frequent use. Clean with Bar Keepers Friend (BKF) for tough stains. Oven-Safe w/caveat: Only oven-safe up to 350°F. It's advertised as 400°F, but the user manual says 350°F. More expensive sets are typically oven-safe up to 500°F. (still a Pro at this price point) Induction-Compatible: They work with induction stovetops. Warranty: They come with a lifetime warranty, which is impressive at this price point. Make sure to read the user manual before using to make sure you use them correctly, so you don't void your warranty. Improper use and/or care will void the warranty. Cons: Weight: Tri-ply stainless pans are naturally heavier; they're a bit clunky, especially larger pots. Handles: Handles can get pretty hot during stovetop cooking. I use silicone handle grips to prevent this issue. Sticking Issues: Like all stainless cookware, food can stick if you don’t properly preheat and oil the pan — they’re not non-stick. However, this can be avoiding by properly oiling the pan and making sure you don't overheat. I never use over medium heat, and sticking isn't an issue. There is just a learning curve if you're new to stainless cookware. If you want high-quality stainless steel cookware but don’t want to splurge on brands like All-Clad, Tramontina is a fantastic alternative. This Tri-Ply Tempo set, in particular, punches way above their price tag in performance. It's a great set for those new to stainless steel cookware.

Great quality
I was hesitant to order pots and pans from Amazon, because I'd rather see what I'm buying, in person. I had decided after buying my last set of pots and pans with some sort of coating that was suppose to be safe and also, was suppose to not come off the pans, (it did) that I was going to get stainless steel. After some research I found this brand. Read some good reviews and eventually looked for these on Amazon. I'm really happy with this brand. They're not so thin and light, which I was worried about. They're sturdy, a good weight, perfect sizes and so far, no problem with sticking. I can order other individual pots or pans when needed or I can buy other sets in this brand, now that I know the quality I'll be getting. I've only had them for a short while, but it seems they'll be lasting much longer than the coated pans. I'm sure I'll be ordering more of this brand.

Measuring marks on the inside of the pan are annoying and pan is non-refundable by Amazon.
I did not know that the markings on the inside of this stainless steel pan are permanent. There were put there to show people how much oil they should use. This is a pretty little pan but I really don't like the marks on the inside. Also, I did not know that this pan is non refundable through Amazon. I bought it on sale for 27.00. The company will charge me $15.00 to return it. I am sadly disappointed.
