Wonderful block of Salt. It arrived in perfect condition. No problem cooking with it or cleaning it. The meat comes out absolutely delicious. We have cooked Venison and Nilgai. Definitely worth it.

Recommended Rack is too small..
Arrived just as described... Looking forward to cooking with it much like my Baking Steel and Blackstone Griddle experiences...Didn't give 5 stars as you'd think that buying the accompanying Salt Rack (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00MB6DWTW/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_8) , it would fit... but it's too big (the salt block)....

Chef followed instructions - salt block exploded right away
I was so excited to birthday gift this to a friend of mine who is a wonderful chef (personally and professionally). He is just the type of neurotic person who can handle something requiring the care that a salt block does (bought him all of the accessories too). Unfortunately, the block exploded before he even got to use it - he followed the directions exactly for preparing/heating it the first time, but the block burst during the process. And I missed the return window. So disappointed not to have gotten to try it, and unfortunately, it seems it is too late for me to reach out to customer service. Big bummer.
