I'm very sensitive to medication and supplements. Many times I have bought supplements and had to throw away after 10 days or so, because I have side effects from the fillers (etc) Not so with this brand. I will not hesitate to buy again. For me they have a calming effect.

Rather pricey but I reckon worth it based on what the research says about the purity of the product.

I have been buying this product for years and it's an excellent form of magnesium. it is much easier to assimilate than magnesium oxide and other forms of and is easy on the stomach. it was much easier to order from Amazon and it came a lot faster then the other place I was buying it from.

I am very satisfied with the product and I do feel the effect right away, same day. I do feel more calm and chill, usually take it before going to work and honestly it does help to the point I stopped taking it in order to avoid being too relaxed and sleepy lol
