Q: Received with both shakers completely broken and it’s non returnable? It’s never been used by me!

I would call customer service and have a photo ready to send of the broken product. It may be true that it’s non returnable, but that doesn’t mean that they won’t reimburse you for them. Mine arrived in great condition.

Q: I did not receive two dressing packets or a lid. But when I went to return item, it said that this item can not be returned. Why not?

I am guessing this is listed as a food item. I see that it reads returns or refunds available. I suggest you call Amazon Customer Service.

Q: Are the cruet made of glass?

Yes. Thick and sturdy glass. With markings for oil, vinegar and water.

Q: I received my dressing packets but not the cruet. Does that get delivered separately?
