Kucharek Zurek Slaski 46g (Pack of 5)

This is a traditional polish soup in a easy to make pack. Just cut up some meats, and sauté onions and cook them in half of the required liquid for about 30min. Take other half of liquid and dilute this pack and blend it all together, cook until boiled over. Enjoy.. simple way to make Zurek / Barsch.

Excellent. Reminds me of what I had in Krakow. I use it to be the base of soups by adding fresh sauté mushrooms and onions just like in Poland then top with hard boiled egg and fresh dill. 😋

Really tasty - it, of course, needs some add-ins, but still really tasty.

This is a great tasting base broth that I love since traveling to Poland and eating this daily! I add boiled potatoes & onions then throw in some cooked, non-smoked kielbasa (you can use bratwurst if you want). Everyone that has tried this loves it! Give it a try! Enjoy! Smacznego!

This was so delicious! Reminded me just like my ex mother in law would make at Easter! I did have to goggle what 750ml of cold water was. FYI, it’s three cups! Added uncooked polish kielbasa while the soup was boiling and then added sliced pieces of hard boiled eggs when I served it! Delicious!!!!

I've gone through five packets across three meals now. In my opinion 750ml is a bit too much and it does better with 600ml. The last meal was the best. I par-boiled a diced russet then drained reserving the water. I then added diced onion and precooked kielbasa and sauteed. Then just mixed the potato water with the soup mix, poured it in, and simmered for about 5 min.

This soup taste is very good. It reminds me of my trips to Wloclawek Poland. My colleague in Poland recommended this soup for dinner on my first day and since then I always liked this soup. When they visited USA recently I made this soup for them and they loved it. Polish soups are awesome.
