Wow! I'm going on 44 and was starting to see a lot of changes happening with my body, the way I felt, I was having periods less often, and it seemed like everything was just shriveling up. I reached out to my general physician who ran tests and He said my hormones looked fine even though when I plugged the numbers into Google, it came back saying that I could be perimmenopausal. Luckily, I mentioned it to another one of my doctors who doesn't even deal with hormones, and she recommended this supplement to me saying that she started using it around my same age and it was highly effective for her. She recommended me to only take one in the beginning and I could increase after seeing what it does for 3 months. I have been on it for a little over 3 months now and I have seen remarkable changes. In fact, I started seeing changes within just the first week or 2. I almost immediately plumped back up everywhere lol. Hello again large C cup, baah bye shriveled up A's!!! Still not seeing sleep or energy benefits so I think i'm going to step up 2 capsules.
