This Nature's Bounty Turmeric with Black was recommended by my chiropractor and he said it helps inflammation. I’ve been taking it and I feel much better. I’m glad I tried this particular brand.

These are great but keep in mind they are huge. If you can’t swallow big pills this is not for you.(It’s the big orange one)
