ASICS Men's Sky Elite FlyteFoam Mid Top 3 Volleyball Shoes

Badminton players these are the shoes! I've been playing badminton competitively for over 30years and have gone through plenty of shoes...Yonex, Victor, Ektelon, Nike, Adidas and Asics just to name a few. As I've gotten older, my knees feel the effect that from the shock that comes from jumping and all the lunging. Before finding these I was in search of the best insoles...tried a few that demonstrated that the eggs don't break when dropped on theses..which didn't work..and some custom ones. With the back story out of the way...I read plenty of reviews for support and comfort and it pointed me to these Sky Elite FF MT3. These are true to size, I have wider feet and my feet don't feel pinch or binded in these. The mid top may not be for everyone, there in a standard version, as the breathability and the foot heating up is a thing..but the mid tops are comfortable with good cushioning without being too rigid while providing superb ankle support from the frequent directional changes. I received my shoes on a Thursday and walked around home with them and played in a tournament the same weekend..the break in time was next to nothing if at all...no blisters, no pain...knees were happy with no pain or swelling (they typically swell even after a couple games), no shin splints. The shoe does have a naturally put you on your toes which is a plus for me. Only thing I didn't like were the laces that were the same color of the shoe..I bought some blue laces (Delele Oval Laces 59inches) to accent the Asics logo..plenty of other color options to choose from. I am curious how the low top versions compare in terms of overall support, guess I'll just need to get some as backup. See you on the courts!

It's perfect for volleyball.. fit's comfortable, looks durable and it's also increase your game play not forgetting it's has a slick style. Awesome Volleyball Footwear.

They are comfortable and feel like there is slightly more spring in the step. Grip is great and stability feels tight, no lateral roll. Weight is on the lower side for being a size 12 so that’s always a plus.

I play in a rec volleyball league, so this is not coming from a professional. Combined these with the VKTRY Silver insoles, and this 50y/o was jumping and hitting like a frisky mid 30s armchair hitter/setter. Getting over then net was very nice. The other guy could not afford. I win!!!

Got these for my son to play volleyball and he says they are super comfortable and supportive.

Great shoes for the price. They offer grip and stability for the ankles. Would be 5 stars but the do fit slightly tight which at first is really uncomfortable. If you have really wide feet this may not be the shoes for you.

I want to like them, but couldn't. I ordered same size as my existing pair of Asics court shoes, yet this one was way too tight width-wise especially around the balls of the foot, as well as in the toe box. Unfortunately wasn't able to return them as the seller wouldn't respond my request for support/acknowledge it as an issue with the product (which effects responsibility for return shipping costs). Tech specs seemed promising and design is great, so courtesy stars for that.
