Planned Obsolesence by Bull
I have encountered the same issue with my Bull refrigerator, which was purchased a little over 2 years ago. It is no longer cooling, and none of the troubleshooting steps I have tried have resolved the problem. The light still functions however. I will be replacing it with a different brand.

Great product -- SURVIVED Hurricane Irma!
We purchased this fridge for use down at our dock on the St. Johns River. It keeps the beverages cold, even in the hot Florida summer. It's a good sized fridge and will hold quite a few drinks (basically that is all we're using it for - sodas, water, beer, Gatorade & wine for guests while on our dock or out on the boat). It is stored on the dock in the "boathouse" area (meaning it has a roof covering it but is otherwise open it outside conditions). The biggest reason for my 5 star review is that we experienced Hurricane Irma 2 weeks ago. During the storm, the water in the river climbed to record levels. We had tied the chairs down to the dock, but never thought the water would come up enough to make the refrigerator FLOAT all over the dock. It banged around on the dock area (into the boat, into the dock box that floated away, into a huge bait tank that eventually floated away and various debris from the storm). We watched it for 4 hours until the winds/rains calmed down enough for us to go rescue it. It had unplugged itself when it floated and we thought we lost the cord, however when we checked it, everything looked fine. Our only loss from the fridge was a bottle of wine that had been opened. The banging around while it was floating caused the cork to come out. When we opened the fridge - there was no water inside and only the dregs of a good bottle of Cab. We put the fridge up on top of the chairs and let it dry out. After letting it "air dry" for almost two weeks, we plugged it back in and it's working like a charm!Thank you Bull Outdoor for a quality product! I'm sure you didn't design it to float around during a hurricane, but it did and held together! To anyone considering purchasing this product - I HIGHLY recommend it. It's durable and keeps the beer cold!

5 year lifespan
Worked as intended for 5 years . It has doubled in price since 2020 . At the current price I think it should last much longer than 5 years .

Second Bull refrigerator
I bought this to replace a Bull refrigerator that had lasted about 10 years. Now, less than 3 years later it stopped cooling. Hard to find anyone to service it. The guy who showed up said parts are not available unless I wanted a used part from China. No thank you. So I guess you roll a dice when you buy a Bull refrigerator. If it lasts 10 years great. If it doesn’t it’s a throw away. Waste of money.

Short life span
I bought this 4 years ago, it worked good until then, then it stopped cooling. I expected it to last longer since it was over $500.

Great Refrigerator
I have had my Bull Outdoor Refrigerator for over 3 years and it has been outside from April through October every year. The temperature has to be adjusted during extreme heat but I would expect that for an outdoor refrigerator with no protection over it. It is still working great with no rust and no hail damage, and we've had hail. I do bring it inside in the winter but only because I want to use it without going outside. I would highly recommend this however, I paid half the price when I purchased it in 2011. I think there was an error in the pricing on Amazon when I bought it because right after I got it the price doubled.

Disappointed
Went out in 3 years. No longer cold. Bought an outdoor refrigerator so it would hold up, but it failed!
