Clarisonic Mia 2, Sonic Facial Cleansing Brush System, Pink

I am changing my evaluation of this product to zero stars. After 45 days of use the product has failed. The specific problem was the product would not recharge. In speaking with Amazon Customer Service, the Amazon representative acknowledged that other customers have experienced the same problem but he indicated that Amazon does not have a separate policy for defective products that fail beyond the 30-day warranty. This admission demonstrates that Amazon knowingly shipped a defective product and continues to offer this product.

Defective - stopped working after 2 months. Won't hold a charge, won't turn on or will turn on in the middle of the night. Wish I'd read the reviews that many have experienced the same thing that I have. I thought I was safe ordering from the Clarisonic Store. I owned one years ago and it last 3-4 years. Unfortunate that something has gone wrong with the manufacturing and quality of this product. Won't purchase one again even from a reputable brick and mortar.

I just replaced my old Mia after having it for 20+ years! My old one wasn't keeping a charge and I hadn't used it for a few weeks and started noticing how dirty my face was and I was having more breakouts. I am excited to have a new one with a lasting charge! My skin is thanking me!

I have used Clarisonic for years and have been very happy. But what they tried to pull off with this purchase is beyond disappointing!! First the box arrived damaged. Once opened the facial brush it came with is NOT compatible with the device.. You can’t attach the facial cleansing brush to the actual device to use it. Its inoperable!! And the charger plug it arrived with is not even the same color as the cable wiring. So It is obvious they attempted to piece together this product and then failed to see if the parts actually fit together!!!! I will NEVER trust to buy this product through this seller or Amazon again!

Hi, I used to have this a long time ago and I loved it. I had it for a long time, but I bought this one and this one broke on me after the second day. I’m going to order a new one after this, hoping that I don’t have the same problem.

The batteries died in under two months and quit taking a recharge. Fortunately, Amazon could replace it with a new one, so we’ll see how long this one last.

I have had a Mia facial cleanser for 20 years, and I will continue to repurchase them as long as they are available! It does a great job shrinking pores, it's so easy to use, and a great product!
