Normally I don't write many reviews. Got this for severe leg cramping, restless legs.It smells pretty strong. Like menthol, Ben gray.Not sure how well it will work. If I get past the smell I will let you know.

There is no percentage of Arnica listed on this page, the tube, or its packaging. Boiron (probably the best-known brand) is 7%, and there are brands with higher percentages (and pricing). Greasy ointment with a strong camphor scent that annoys quickly. Not effective for pain relief.

I've used arnica before to help with bruises. I had been using a cream and a gel. I didn't know there were different types of this topical treatment. After doing a bit of research, I found that the ointment is supposed to have a longer staying power. This does. The only thing I wish I knew in advance is that it has a eucalyptus smell. Had it not been for the smell, I would haven given it 5 stars. It works for me.

This ointment is magic. My son is a ruff and tuff kid and gets hurt often sad to say, but this ointment heals a bump a bruise and I’ve used it on a burn that I got wile cooking n it helped. there’s a strong smell but it’s not bad smelling just like an ointment almost minty I guess but I can honestly say I’ve proudly purchased this for all my friends and family n I don’t go no where with out it. Oh and the most important part it helps with pain
