I have sun aggrevated eczema and prickly heat. I am trying to stop using steroid cream and find this vest helps to keep the heat down which stops the itching. It is exellent and such good value.

It works okay as a cooling device it is a very loose fit, when it starts to dry out becomes very sharp and irritating around the neck area as it is essentially a synthetic shamois leather. I have now invested in one of the more expensive fitted ones.
