Brooks Women’s Glycerin Max Neutral Running & Walking Shoe

Ok, I got the Brooks Glycerin Max Running & Walking shoe this morning. Just got back from my walk/run. WOW, what a difference they made. I am 68 years old. I do 3-5 miles a day and have started to have back, legs knees and feet pain. Everything just aches. I wear all New Balance but mainly for just style and color. Much less the comfort is amazing. I googled for the most cushioned running/walking shoe. This particular pair always shows up #1. I did read all the reviews and ordered a half size up. Usually wear a 9 everything, ordered 9 1/2. So glad I did. Perfect fit.

They truly do feel like walking on air. The soles are not too squishy either. These shoes do add a bit of height which is great for my 5'1" stature. Bought a pair for hubby and we will be wearing them quite a bit on our next vacay that includes a lot of walking. I would suggest spraying them with a water repellant for a little moisture protection. My only concern, albeit small, is that the soles are a bit slippery when they are new.

Testing these out for a trip to italy and needed them to handle walking the miles i plan to take, they succeeded! Takes about a week to notice the difference between shoes but i have actually thrown away my other shoes and budgeting for a second pair when they restock the all white ones! First few steps feel so crazy with the toe slant and I actually got taller with all the cusion. I am on my feet 100% at my job and my feet kill me, i have noticed an improvement wearing these. I am glad the toe box isnt as cramped as others so they dont feel smooshed. My feet also dont slide either like i do with other shoes.

Me gustó la suela pero el material se ve muy barato aparte es muy estrecho de la parte del arco del pie los devolví porque me lastimaron el pie

Size UP at least 1 full size! I needed 1 1/2 sizes up from my normal to fit. Small toe box, shorter length of shoe and doesn’t come in wide…but when you get it big enough the shoe is very supportive. If you absolutely need a wide width (for me wide is helpful but not strictly necessary), you will need a different brand shoe. These keep your foot well positioned in the center of the shoe to relieve typical pressure points.

the comfiest running shoes I’ve ever worn! i though they’d be clunky, but they are super lightweight and very supportive.the pictures don’t do the shoes justice!! this color way has sparkles on them as well!!

Absolutely LOVE these shoes. Pretty pricey but well worth it. Many reviews said to size up so I did but I regret it. They are a little too big but because they are so good I will keep them. They have excellent cushion. Nice toe box and great stability. Almost got the Hokas but glad I got these instead.
