The coffee is delicious but it became exorbitantly expensive since Starbucks became the only retailer. It used to be half the price when cooking.com sold it so I won't be purchasing it again. It's not worth the inflated price.

Super smooth coffee
We've been drinking this coffee ever since we found it being served at a nice hotel in San Francisco. It's bold yet very smooth with no bitter after taste. I'll certainly keep ordering as long as I can find it. Recently Starbucks bought the company so I hope they don't mess with the formula. It's outstanding everyday coffee.

Pricey but delicious
A little pricey; but great taste. First had this coffee at Tommy Bahamas, Miramar Beach, FL.

Bad expresso coffee
don't know why this coffee tastes the way it does. We have the same coffee at work and the expresso's are fantastic. this coffee is very weak and not made for expresso. Also tried this in my drip coffee machine and same poor results. For the price this is way too expensive. Sams club coffee is better for a third of the price

Very good
We first had this coffee at the Hyatt and really liked it however this seemed to be a bit bolder. Recommend to measure per instructions.

Defacing of taste and memories.
I used to like this coffee, then Strbcks bought it and defaced it, similar move done on Seattle best coffee. I wish the monpoly would respect original recipes; I have nothing against one coffee or another, I just happen to prefer other than stbcks over-roasting techniques. I also don't have anything against free enterprise, free markets, however I am not warm-fuzzy with monopoly.I had great memories with Seattle best, and Torrefazione, I lost the first, and I am concerned for the later.Anyone has good coffee recommendations? free of monopoly? I enjoy Tully but not the same as original Torrefazione.Update: Umbria Coffee are the original founders for Torrefazione, they opened new shops and their coffee is amazing.

BEST COFFEE SO FAR
I HAD THIS COFFEE WHILE STAYING AT THE HYATT IN SAN DIEGO. IT WAS SO FAR ONE OF THE MOST ENJOYABLE, TASTY, SMOOTH, FRESH AND RICH COFFEES I HAVE EVER TASTED. I AM A STARBUCK'S FAN, BUT EXPERIENCING THIS COFFEE, I AM SWITCHING TO TORREFAZIONE - EVEN THOUGH IT IS A STARBUCK'S COMPANY - NOW I KNOW WHY I LOVE IT. SINCE THE PERUGIA BLEND IS A MILDER COFFEE, I BLEND IT WITH MY STARBUCK'S HOUSE BLEND TO MAKE THE BEST MORNING COFFEE EVER!KUDOS TO YOU TORREFAZIONE - EXCEPT YOU ARE VERY HARD TO FIND - NEED TO MAINSTREAM IT AND MAKE IT AVAILABLE LOCALLY
