I’ve been purchasing these for several months now and they have helped me better regulate my mood/symptoms that accompany my monthly cycle. I think the value is excellent! They have a funny smell when you open the bottle but otherwise work well for me.

My Integrative doctor found this product online for me. The NAC was the main ingredient that stood out, but she also liked the blend of ashwaganda along with other ingredients that made her recommend this particular supplement. I've noticed more clarity and less brain fog and much better memory recall since I started taking it. She has me taking 2 capsules in the morning and 2 around noon. The capsules are somewhat on the larger side but still within the average range.

I purchased this in hopes it would increase my dopamine and improve my mood and motivation. I think that I feel happier over all while taking this. I wouldn’t say there has been a dramatic change, but it seems to help. I plan on continuing to purchase this.

Within the first week, I noticed I wasn’t struggling as much to get started on tasks, and I wasn’t feeling as mentally drained halfway through the day. It gives me a steady energy boost—nothing jittery, just a natural feeling of being more awake and present. My motivation has improved a ton, and I don’t get stuck in that loop of overthinking or putting things off as much. On top of that, I feel a lot calmer and more at peace overall, like my brain isn’t constantly running in circles. If you struggle with executive function, low energy, or just feeling overwhelmed, I’d definitely recommend giving this a shot!

I’ve consistently relied on these supplements for concentration and alertness, but the current batch is not effective. I’m experiencing agitation and diminished recall. While it’s uncertain whether the issue lies with the product itself, if it no longer provides the intended benefits, I question the value of continuing to purchase it. A placebo effect is not what I’m looking for.

After going through 3 bottles of these I can truly say that they work. I feel more energetic, focused and my memory has improved. I’ll be sticking with these vitamins for a very long time. Highly recommended.

I’ve purchased this four times as well as purchased many of their other products and hadn’t had any complaints thus far. However, this fourth bottle was not like the first three. One of the things I liked about this company is that their capsules are (or were) easy to swallow. I have an esophageal stricture that can make swallowing certain pills very tricky or down right dangerous. I did not notice these pills were different until I went to sallow one and it got lodged in my esophagus cause my drink to aspirate into my lungs. After several panic inducing moments of not being able to get the pill up or down, I was finally able to throw it up. Changing up the pill size might not be a big deal for some people, but for others like me it can be extremely dangerous. I tried to return these because I’m obviously not risking that again, but they wouldn’t do anything to help me. I reached out to the company to try to get my money back, but haven’t heard back yet. This was very deceptive when the product has been the same. Another review claimed that since the pills have gotten larger, they are not longer effective. I obviously can’t speak on that because I never even got it down but it sounds like they just need to go back to what it was.

Took one of these as soon as I woke up, within an hour I felt quite a boost of energy! Ended up cleaning the house, washed the dishes, even worked on a project that has been neglected for a few months! I took another around noon, felt great for the rest of the day, that is until bed time, I felt wide awake. I ended up praying about it that I would be able to sleep and I actually did fairly quickly, I woke up today and still had energy! Great product, maybe just don't take it too late in the day!
