Love this supplement. It combines three different magnesium to target various needs. I have felt an improvement in my focus during the day, and a reduction in my stress. I take this 1-3 hours before going to bed, a pair with a small dose of melatonin for improved sleep. I was sold after reading their reviews on their site, but purchased from amazon for convenience. Overall great supplement!

I wish I could rate these lower than 1 star. Do not buy unless you enjoy being up all night. I have tried taking these as directed on 4 or 5 different nights and each time I am wide awake until the wee hours of the morning. And, of course, they are non-refundable.

I can usually tell right away , within the hour when I’ve taken a magnesium. This I have to take 3 and I haven’t yet felt what I have with other brands
