I'm so glad I purchased this phone mount. It was very easy to put together and is very sturdy when I mounted it on my car vent. The rotation is great and the size was just right. The price was also good. I'm glad I ordered it

This was a great purchase: easy to install and use; secure holding even on bumpy roads; and easily visible due to the tilt/swirl I was skeptical about the hook but the phone mount/holder was very easy to install. I used the clip (so I've no comment on the suction), which worked beautifully. The simple designs fits my (and any) air vents and the adjustable holder is flexible enough where I can adjust for best viewing without risk of taking my eyes off the road. Another plus is it doesn't hinder my access to the buttons or ports on my phone. The spring on my previous phone holder had become loose and would no longer securely hold my phone in place. I am confident this one will fare better as the design is more form-fitting. Time will tell. The only thing that can be improved upon is the instructions: I was concerned about breaking it when connecting the ball on the back of the phone holder. You do have to exert some force to insert it.

The clamp system works well and is configurable enough to accommodate most air vents, and is solid once you get it in place. The clamp has a collar that you may or may not use - I removed the collar in my case and got better fitment. It holds the phone well, and (unsurprisingly) there's space at the bottom for the charging cable. It stays stable while driving and the swivel holds well. The one thing I didn't like about this one is the placement of the release button, which is on the back at the top, so in order to get enough leverage to disengage it you have to awkwardly “pinch” the phone against the holder, as opposed to ones with the button at the bottom which allows you to “pinch” the holder itself when activating the button, and then grab the phone out of it.

I bought this since it was similar to another one I bought for a different car. I love it and would purchase it again if I had a need for an additional one. It was easy to put together based on logic - I didn't even need to look at the instructions, but I could see where there is one step where most people may need to. It is still pretty easy. It took me less than 5 minutes. As long as your car has physical vents like it shows in the picture, it will work. For example, it will NOT work in a Tesla where you cannot tough the actual vent and therefore cannot attach it to it :) The way the arm with the hook attaches then tightens works really well and makes me 100% sure that it will not fall or come loose which is important when you are driving since you don't want something falling and causing you to lose control. It also stays exactly the way you want it turned/facing since you can tighten it that way. If you want it to be able to move a little each time you get in, you can tighten it a little less and it is still tight enough so that it won't be moving around while you are driving. The sides open super wide so you can easily and quickly put any size phone in it and close the "arms" around it and get going. Then, when you need to release your phone, there is one button you quickly press. It is located in a place that is easy to get to with one hand while easily holding your phone without worry of dropping it. So again, you can quickly and easily get going. You want your cell holder to just be easy and quick so you can get on with it and this is what that does. You don't have to hassle with it and you don't have to worry about it moving or falling. Set it and forget it! I am super picky about these things and have no patience for things that are a hassle. You will love it!
