The gel arrived, well packaged, on time and defect free. The product goes on like a lotion without the greasy feel of Vaseline, or the permanence of a product like Desetin. It has a very light fragrance and performs adequate protection. For me the protection was adequate; I use the product when cycling, and wear padded bike shorts, so chafing was already minimal, but a problem on long hard rides. Although messier, a product like Vaseline or Desetin would provide better protection, but messier.

Every Man Jack Anti Chafe Gel is an interesting product. Not sure what kind of magic they use, but it works well! This is my first time using something other than the powder stuff. It goes on smooth without being greasy, and a little bit goes a long way. It has a pleasant yet subtle scent. I appreciate that they use natural ingredients as I have sensitive skin. I feel like it lasts a lot longer than the powder, which I normally have to apply more than once per day; with this gel I only need to apply it once (however i'm not running or doing anything too athletic, mostly just moderate work and fishing.) I find this gel to be a lot less messy over the powder; it doesn't leave powder residue everywhere and it doesn't clump up at the end of the day. I think it's a great alternative and well worth it. It may not be for everyone but it's definitely worth a shot in my opinion!

Worked as expected. We took it with to the carribean for a week. Texture is great, and it applies similar to a lotion.

This gel actually does work quite well. I have no complaints at all. BUT, after using for a bit, I think I still prefer regular powder personally. This gel does seem to dry quickly, but it just isn't pleasant to apply it. Not a knock against the quality of the product: it just isn't for me.
