Buy this one before spending big bucks!
Lost 90 lbs on a diet, wanted to add exercise as well. Started using the all in one weight machine at first, and a recumbant bike for cardio. Dont like standing still while lifting, kinda defeats the all around conditioning. Added this to the weight room at home. Absolutly love it! Streches, uses 86% off all muscles and joints. noticed a huge difference in just a month of total body shape. It had more definition. Which was my goal. Started slowly, then built up to where I am know doing 15 minutes, 200 rows on Max setting. Rolling shoulders, switch hand postions, then work biceps. Its a game changer for me. Add in all three for a good daily 30 minute work out, seems to be making good progress. At 49 yrs old, im seeing abs again , not alot, but its progress. Baby steps.

The little rower that could
Not bad for the price. My machine came well packed with easy to read instructions. Quality seems on par with my Norid-trac bike and budget buy treadmill.Assembly shouldn't be a problem for people who aren't normally accustomed to assembling items like this. It should no more than an hour for the inexperienced. It took me about 20 minutes. It took longer to unpack it than assemble it. Beware that when you attach the display the mounting screws are already in the display. You must remove them and use them to attach the display to the machine. The rear legs have adjustable stability feet which is a nice feature. The seat is nice and wide with a decent amount of cushioning. The seat has a smooth range of motion. The magnetic resistance is decent, about what you would expect. The difference between setting 1 and 16 is noticeable. The foot rests are probably the weakest part of the machine. They don't have any up or down adjustments. The display is par for the course for a machine like this. It folds up, but is a little awkward to move around. I've yet to own a machine that wasn't awkward to move around. However, just the fact that we have the ability to move, fold and stor machines like this now is an amazing feat of modern engineering. All and all a nice addition to my home gym. It should last a long time For the 10 to 20 minutes a day 4 times a week that I use it.I will update periodically and add pictures eventually.

Great basic rowing machine - replacement monitor is available
I've had this rowing machine for about four years. It's simple to use, I like the range on it. It's whisper quiet and easy to fold up.I let it sit with batteries in the monitor unused for a couple years and a battery spring corroded and broke. My fault, obviously.I emailed Echanfit about buying a replacement monitor and they resonded within 24 hours. The next day they sent me a link to the replacement monitor since mine is well out of warrenty.Link provided:https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CXP94M9B?th=1I'm really happy with how quickly the company responded to my request.I'm going to try and replace the battery spring in my monitor first before buying a new one. I'm leaving this review in case others need to replace their monitor in the future. It has specific connectors and it's hard to find a sure third party replacement.

Love it
This tower lives in my room next to my bed! I wish I had one years ago. My knees dislocate and I need knee surgery. I have being using this foot a few months and I love the low impact workout. You can get a crazy good workout in just 5 mins. My knee was so bad I couldn’t do anything over 5 mins. So I did 4, 5 min work outs and my knees have improved greatly. I also have lost 32lbs since getting it. Yes I have changed the way I eat but also 20min workout a day will change your life!

Great choice for a home workout.
I loved using a rower prior to gyms shutting down for COVID-19 so I decided to buy this for a home workout. I had previously used a Concept-2 rower.Would I put this in the same category as a Concept 2? Not at all. The resistance doesn’t work the same and the computer lacks the programming of a more expensive rower. However, I do like this rower. The computer only tracks in miles, so if you’re doing a home CrossFit workout be ready to do some math. Ultimately I find I use the time and RPM settings most often to keep up with online fitness classes. As for the machine itself, the foot pedals are pretty cheaply made but have held up for me. However, the plastic on the front stabilizer bar did break on mine. For what it’s worth, I kept mine in my garage without climate control over the winter in North Carolina, so that may have made the plastic more brittle. I was able to contact the seller and they quickly shipped me a new stabilizer bar. The plastic on the replacement arrived shattered, and the seller mailed me another one (with more sturdy packaging) that arrived complete. For the price, this rower is worth it. I’ve been using it several times a week for almost a year and am still happy with the purchase. My customer service experience was great.

Sturdy Rower
I've had the rower since early May. I bought it because my gym was closed and I really missed the work-out I get on the rower. Pros: easy to assemble, quiet (you can watch TV or listen to music without turning up the volume), you will get a good workout, and if you're a regular rower just put the tension in the 13-16 range - you'll feel it, smooth carriage ride front to back. Cons: metrics are unbelievably wrong, although the strokes per minute is accurate, but the calorie burn and distance is meaningless. If this is not important to you then disregard - truthfully it is important to me, but I got over it. The foot pedals rotate at each stroke up and down so when you push back your foot is almost vertical and on the return the foot rotates horizontally - that is annoying. Here's a tip, if you have a smaller size dumbbell you can put it under the heel of the foot pedal so when you push back your foot is angled as it is supposed to and when you return your foot won't rotate at all. Gamer changer for me.As another reviewer stated given the price point this is a good rower and you will get a work out. But I am on the waiting list for a Concept2 and I will gift this rower to a friend.
