Size was close i wear a 4x shirt i could have probably went with a 3x but it fits and actually helps my back amazingly my back feels amazing while and after wearing it I've been milking torn muscles using it to help during it when you take it off you can feel the pressure it takes off your lower back going back on it

Works ok, just a little wider than expected, but that is due to my physical stature, not the brace.

I purchased this brace mostly for support while doing some remodeling projections at home. I am a 40 year old woman and although I exercising regularly and try to stay in shape, I found my lower back was killing me after a couple of hours painting, sanding, etc... I bought this mostly because of the price point, not sure if it would help or not and have been greatly surprised. It took me a couple of times to get used to where I needed to position the straps and how tight, but after I figured out what worked for me, I tell you, I'm nevering going back to a sore back! While I wear the brace I definitely feel supported, but I didn't really notice a difference during activity with it on, the real difference for me is later on after I've taken it off and am expecting a tired sore back for the rest of the day, instead I feel great! Not only that, but I was able to double what I was physically able to do in a day! So, for me, this brace is a winner. I've also started wearing it when I do household chores and it's changed my life. I wish I would have started wearing a back brace years ago while doing these things so if you're on the fence, in my opinion, you won't regret given it a try.

One of the best braces I have ever had in my life. I’ve had a herniated lower back disc for almost 10 years now and at least twice a year I have a sharp pulling pain in my back, and the rest of the time it’s hurts too, but not as much, therefore I have to wear something that would give me a good support.This brace is very comfortable, supportive and you can’t see it under your clothes. It is also very comfortable to sit while wearing it as well. I am a student and have to spend a lot of time sitting down, which is horrible for my lower back. When I wear this brace 90% of pain is gone.Quality is also very good.I’m very happy with my purchase and definitely recommend if you are looking for one.

“Slats” do not stay straight.Does give sufficient back support.

This product is terrible, the quality of the material is terrible, there are no hard supports in the back, you might as well just wear Velcro around your waist! No wonder it came so fast, this is a scam! Do not buy! On top of that the medium is like a small. Very unsatisfied, mad that I wasted my money!!
