I have tried the gel minoxidil and hated it. This is so much easier to use. The pump is functional. It dries quickly. It leaves a little bit of an oiliness on the skin but not too bad.

DO NOT ORDER! This stuff is terrible. The first one was kind of heavy and oily, but not horrible. The second one a bit worse, the third bottle is TERRIBLE! HEAVY, OILY AND LEAVES A WHITE PASTE ON YOUR SCALP. I tried several different bottles as they're all the same. Like they were going bad, or already bad just sitting under my sink.. and of course its beyond the return stage because I'm 2 months into a 6 month supply.

Easy to apply, leaves no greasy residue, and within a few weeks I've already noticed an improvement in my hair. I like that it comes with biotin to enhance the treatment. Very satisfied with the purchase.

Application is almost identical to the name brand item. Just be careful during first application. Mine blew foam particles around sink and onto mirror.

This is the absolute worst minoxidil foam you can purchase. There is absolutely no quality control for this product. If the foam doesn't unexpectedly burst everywhere, coating your floor in mess, it comes out like a sticky watery slop that makes another mess. Spend a little more money for a higher quality product and skip this disaster.

Best product so far

For years I have been buying 5% minoxidil foam for men under different brand names, but all of which came from Israel. This last time, I was attracted by the lower price of this product. I should have known better. This is not the familiar product from Israel -- it comes from the People's Republic of China. The consistency of the product is different, and it does not blend into the hair and scalp in the manner I have been familiar with. I can't say whether chemically this product will produce the same results as the Israel version. I have just reordered the Taro brand minoxidil foam that I have been using, and plan to discard this product when the Taro product arrives.

Works well, little wacky on the release of the foam.
