Exactly what I needed
I ordered this on recommendation from my physical therapist to help improve flexion in my knee following post total knee replacement. This allows me to do the exercise regardless of where I am (while I can use my bed, it isn't in front of the TV).It is a good width, and is very comfortable on my surgical knee. There is an added bonus of being able to use this for other exercises to improve balance. I highly recommend.

Perfect
Needed this pad for strengthening my core while holding pose for balance. Toe to toe fits on diagonal. If you have longer feet go with bigger pad.

This works great
I was reluctant to get an off brand because they all had some negative reviews. But this one seemed to be the best and decided to take a chance. I've only used it twice, but so far so good. One complaint of one the other brands is it was too hard and no different from standing on the floor. It is springy enough to make it a challenge to stand on and my footprints quickly disappear. So far it hasn't flattened.
