Great book gives clear understanding of quite complex issues. I have personally enjoyed reading author uses easy style and explains what happens if you were do do this or that. So you know where to start your work and What Not to Do.

Knew a lot of the background information but this book really explains what is important and why rather than just how to tune an engine. Easy to understand and well written.

I bought this while researching into doing a turbo conversion on a small petrol engine and it gave me great insight to some engine tweaks and changes that can help with the final outcome of the project. Not only does it go into detail about tuning engines, but also offers explanations of certain aspects of the engine and how it's managed. This shouldn't really be treated as a go-to manual when you're working on a car, more for reading ahead of taking on a project and making notes beforehand.

Very well written book. It explains everything for ECU engine tuning, even though it states that you need prior knowledge.Very good examples and techniques from real world. Highly recommended.
