Great Finishing Salt
A great finishing salt. Highly recommended for those who are exacting in the dishes they prepare. There is a difference between cooking (kosher salt) and finishing salt. More of a crunch in finishing salt.

The best salt I've ever had!
I have also given this salt as a gift to friends and they are always surprised at how much better this salt tastes, and crunches, than anything they've tried before. I also love the packaging. I like to sprinkle a pinch or two on top of, say, a steak, or eggs, or fresh tomatoes; enhancing the crunch and taste of whatever I've prepared. I am a cheapskate and if I am willing to pay for premium salt, you can bet it's wonderful and absolutely worth it since the little carton lasts a very long (and happy) time. "Thank you, France!"

Best sea salt
I originally received this as a gift from a friend from France. She is an amazing cook and she said this was her favorite salt. I completely agree! It's primarily meant as a finishing salt like sprinkling it on your avocado toast, but I have also used it to roast vegetables and it give is very nice flavor compared to my typical kosher salt that I use. Besides, this is a great deal on Amazon. Not only is it a quality product, but it is in nice packaging which makes it a perfect presentable, small gift for the holidays to neighbors and friends. Can't go wrong with this.

Good but seems to cake up
good salt, nice flavor. Only problem is they seem to cake up meaning the container needs to be shaken all the time before using. Never had any salt cake up before and I have many different granule sized options in my house.
