It helps with digestion, but not as much as I had expected. I will still continue to use this product.

I found these to be very helpful for my digestive system and you only have to take one a day or with many of them you have to take two or three a day

I can eat beans and have very little gas thanks to these excellent pills.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I got this to help with bloating in someone with Crohn's. It didn't help as much as we hoped, but that is not to say it wouldn't help someone else. They are very easy to take and were inexpensive. I did read that the ingredient in this was better for IBD than the other name brand one, so that is why we tried it. Give it a try, it might help you.
