I love them! I’ve ordered them like 4 times!They really do work wonders especially with my appetite. I’ve been on my weight gain journey and these has been my staple. It also helps with my mood and skin. The capsules are easy to swallow and it doesn’t leave a bad taste in your mouth. def more energized and i enjoy the taste. it smells like sweet honey.i don’t love that it makes me queasy? not sure if it’s an internal detox or just how it will always feel. if it is stays i will have to discontinue because the gassy heartburn feeling is strong. it does chill out but it takes like half the dayi can get into routine and find the rhythm of the day with these a lot easier. there is a great balance of focus, internal peace, and drive without the overwhelming feeling that can come sometimes with taking other stimulants that i’ve tried

I like that these are plant medicines as I drink all assorted teas in moderation. I was taking 5htp and decided when finished to try these out. I was looking forward to it. However I noticed some side effects. I started having difficulty breathing and extreme headache. So I thought maybe to take 1 instead of 2 in hopes it would alleviate pain. I'm noticing I'm having difficulty breathing again but no headache. I am going to adjust to eod a d see how that goes. I'm hoping for the best.NOTE: I have lupus and currently am not on treatment as it's unaffordable. It's an ongoing cycle of experimentation of products. If it helps I'm happy and if it doesn't at least I know I tried.Good luck! Hope you have a better experience than myself..
