I haven’t taken it consistently enough to realize any difference yet. It does not have a taste making it super easy to mix with drinks or even water. The quality seems good and mixes well not like an oily residue. Did not upset my stomach. I’ll update after I’ve take it consistently for a month.

I tried some of this maybe this past winter around January February I think and since using this I have no need for blood pressure pills even though I stopped taking them this stuff made my blood pressure go down leveled off my blood sugar and I feel great I can't wait to get another bottle of this stuff it really works for my blood pressure but it may make you go to the bathroom when you first start taking it so keep that in mind not like a laxative but kind of great product I'm hooked

I saw effect in my kids immediately. Taste a bit strong but not to bad. Water down a little for my kids. Quality is as describe. It is worth what you pay for.

Amazon refused my original review without saying what rule I broke. Apparently I can’t say in what way it has shown improvement for me. So here is a limited version of what I said. It is easy to take as you can put it in almost anything. There is basically no taste so you won't notice it. The price isn’t too bad as this little bottle will last a long time. For me there has been zero negatives and lots of positives so I am going to have to say, yeah I recommend.

I have been using this now for a month. I do believe it helps with Fiber and keeping things more regular. I use this each morning in a glass of water. I have noticed better regularity I’m guessing due to the Fiber content in this. The taste isn’t the best so I just chug it. You definitely wouldn’t want to take it out of the dropper as it’s really gross. The consistency is fairly thick. I’ve never used this before so I don’t know if this is how the product is supposed to look. Seems to work

First of all, this supplement comes in liquid form with a dropper. Shake well before using it. Mix one ml. with water or juice. The recommended dosage is 2-4 times per day. The dropper has quantity markings. One ml. is about half a dropper full. This is called Soursop Graviola Leaf Extract. Soursop and graviola are really two interchangeable terms. You will usually see graviola for the supplement either in capsule form or liquid. Soursop is typically used to refer to the actual fruit. You can buy soursop but it is mostly available in Asian food markets. They are seasonal and usually expensive. This supplement comes in a 120 ml. (4 fl. oz.) bottle with a dropper. I have been using graviola and sometimes buying the fruit over the years on an intermittent basis. The product states that it is for cell regeneration and stress relief. It is sugar free and soy free. If you are not familiar with soursop or graviola, I would encourage you to research on the internet, the various health benefits that are attributed to this fruit. You may be surprised at your findings. I use graviola as part of my supplement regimen to boost my immunity. It is rich in antioxidants. The liquid form has greater bioavailability with quicker absorption. I would definitely recommend this JULIHEAL product. The product is sometimes difficult to find, especially at a reasonable price.
