Beware, reviews are for 2 completely different products
Review of 365 by Whole Foods Market, Organic Red Enchilada Sauce, 15.5 Ounce, MediumI don't like it when Amazon allows different products in one listing. That makes it so hard to sift through the reviews to find only the product for which you want to see reviews. Just be aware that is the case here. This enchilada sauce (name in first sentence) really is great. It's is full flavored, and honestly the best I've ever had. That being said, and this is my own fault for not looking more closely, I'm disappointed in the ingredient "Yeast Powder." I'm finding "Yeast" in so many foods these days, for flavoring, and it's so disheartening. I'm a migraine sufferer, to the point of throwing up and unable to manage. I've done the work to find many of my triggers, and MSG is at the top of the list. It's one of the most common migraine food triggers. MSG is hidden in many ingredients, including yeast. This enchilada sauce gave me a pretty bad migraine. Like I said, totally my fault for not checking. It's pretty delicious, so if you and your family don't get lots of headaches, this is a good one for you. Also, being a medium sauce, it's spicy. And the leftovers were much spicier than when I first made them. Each family member said this to me, without talking amongst each other, and I noticed it myself as well. I had to remove a star for having the yeast powder. A great sauce can be made without this ingredient.

Love that it is in a glass jar!
I really like this enchilada sauce. It’s a good price for glass jars and worth the extra money as you won’t get that “from a can taste.” The mild isn’t spicy at all.

The best enchilada sauce I have tried!
The best sauce! Isnt too salty, great flavor, and doesn't have that metal taste that comes from a can.

Great flavor, but a little thin
I recently used this enchilada sauce, and overall, I’m happy with it. The flavor is rich, with just the right amount of spice, and it really brought my enchiladas to life. However, the consistency is a bit on the thin side, so I had to use more than I expected to cover everything properly. That said, the taste definitely makes up for it, and it works well with both chicken and beef. If you’re looking for something quick and flavorful, this sauce will do the job, just be prepared for a lighter texture. Recommend! Will buy again.

says mild but too spicy
Good taste but was too spicy. Made a family meal with it and the kids couldn't eat it.

we use this instead of taco sauce
We brought our hamburger and then we sauté it for about a half an hour in this and I had a little cumin and a little more red pepper and it makes excellent tostadas or tacos or burritos. Plus, you can use a little extra sauce of if you want on your burritos. Oh yeah, we use the fajitas.
