5 stars except for a slight door issue and slight scratch. The good: This piece is awesome. It looks great for mid-mod design. The pieces do not feel cheap despite the fact that you have to assemble. Some of it is real wood too! The back of it is that thin backing stuff that you see on a lot of cheap bookshelves; however, this is thicker and has a veneer for the inside that makes it look real, so it doesn’t seem cheap. Honestly, I thought the design was cute when I saw it online and I wasn’t disappointed. The actual product is very cute and feels sturdy. Also, it was relatively easy to put together. I’m usually moderate speed at putting furniture together and this took me an hour if you count unboxing. The bad: There is a slight scratch on the bottom of one of the doors that must have come from manufacturing because this thing was well-packed with all the styrofoam. It’s barely noticeable and not worth sending back for it, but it is there. Also, I really like how the doors fit together—there’s just a pin you drop between the hinge pieces of the sidewall and the hinge pieces of the door—much like an actual door in your house, but way smaller. However—and this is the most negative thing I have to say in the review—the left door hinge was not perfectly aligned with the left door side wall hinges and so I squeezed them together with some effort. They were just barely off. The repercussion of that is that the door scrapes a bit on the bottom when shutting it. I assume that will wear a some on the piece over time. That’s the main reason that it’s 4 stars here instead of 5. Overall, a great piece and I’d buy one again if I were in need. If in doubt, feel good about this purchase and just do it. You’ll be glad you did.

Nice for the price. The back panels and shelf are a bit flimsy, but the rest is pretty solid. There is plenty of room inside and it looks good in a breakfast room. Good deal for my coffee bar. I’m disappointed that the day after I ordered it, the price dropped $30, so be careful.

Rich dark chocolate color... vvery nice piece. One if the easiest assemblys I have ever done. The only negative feedback is that the. Doors are not polished well. There are parts where the wood is rough. I am going to give it a thin semi gloss polyurethane coat and I am going to paint the black lines gold as a personal touch. Overall a great piece that will last decades

Actually very nice quality cabinet and in other photos of reviews I’ve seen look flawless but unit I received doors came very crooked, I fixed it myself but even after it leaves a noticeable gap on the right side.

Like the dresser. Didn't like the chips that came in it
