Easy to use, works great, one problem
I like the tool and the quality, but after several years the bolts that hold the blades seized and stripped. Need to use hard metal, they are nearly impossible to unscrew after many uses

Pricey, but effective.
Purchased for DIY installation of recessed lighting in family room, foyer, hall & kitchen, and it's worked extremely well. Exclusively used in drywall ceilings so far. A couple of comments.... (1) Setting the exact radius you need takes some trial and error, so be sure to drill a test hole in a piece of scrap before making potentially under or oversize holes in your ceiling. Once set correctly, replicating the same hole multiple times is a breeze. (2) The large plastic dust cover is great keeping the general work environment clean, especially for work in carpeted areas or around furniture. But don't underestimate the safety aspects of the dust cover.... Without it installed you've got 6" diameter cutting arms with large protrusions swinging at a couple of hundred RPM at the business end of your drill where it can easily entangle with the drill cord, fingers, or other nearby items. Recommend you install the dust cover every time you use this tool, even if it's just a quick test cut on your work bench.Sent from Defiance, MissouriFeb 2014 Update: 14 more holes drilled for 4" can lighting. The tool worked like a charm; quick, clean holes of exact size with minimal dust. In particular, the clear protector/dust catcher worked superbly, especially when on an extension ladder cutting holes in a 19' high ceiling. After 25 finish holes, and at least a dozen practice cuts in scrap plywood & luan, the original cutting blades are due for replacement or sharpening. But this doesn't seem unreasonable. Based on this latest experience, I'm bumping the rating to 5 stars.

Creative thought
It does the job.Hole adjustable is great for different diameter.Not that sharp.The dust cover helps but still dusty all over.Cutting blades are a bit short.Need to loosen up a little (got to push it hard).
