Recital Preference Bergen Light Beige Blond 9.13

I have used this product for years and never found a substitute if it became unavailable

It is advertised as Light Beige Blonde but when it arrived it had Very Light Ashy Golden Blonde on the box. If I’d known I would never had ordered it.Very disappointed! I wish they could make up their minds exactly what colour it is.Needless to say I will not be using it.

I've normally always used Helsinki (10.1) which is a light ash blonde. Unfortunately, and in a rush I picked up instead Bergen.(9.13) from the display. (and I bought two) ! As always it is reliable and covers all my grey. However during development I noticed a distinct warm shade entering in, which I don't want.(normally it has a slight greenish tone, denoting 'cool') Deciding to give it a whirl I persevered. It IS a beautiful colour but not for me. It is all it says on the box as ever, but a personal warning from me. Be extremely careful to take note of shade and number )especially when they're all lined up in a dazzling display! Anyway, I am now light beige (or fawn) instead of a lovely sprarkly light ash blonde. Just wondering if I can change the other one I bought! (using OH's computer for this by the way. I am female!)
